Fitness Kick Boxing - Fast tempo interval training class which uses Muay Thai techniques, bag work, and body weight exercises.
Muay Thai - Designed to teach you the techniques of Muay Thai, these classes are open to everyone that has the desire to learn Muay Thai for fitness, self defense, or competition. Participants in the class are separated by skill level to ensure proper training.
No-Gi JiuJitsu - A submission grappling martial arts class designed to teach the fundamentals of ground fighting for all fitness levels. Long pants and long sleeves are required.
*All classes are $12 per single class or 10 classes for $100 ($10 per class).
The Kick boxing 10-class punch card can only be used for Fitness Kick Boxing and Muay Thai classes.
Class participants should try to come to the class 10 minutes early for check-in and hand wrapping.
