Cardio Decks
We offer the only full line of StarTrac fitness
equipment on the east coast. Experience a cardio
workout like none other with StarTrac’s full line
of treadmills, cross-trainers, and recombinant bikes,
all equipped with 15” cable television monitors. Our two cardio decks are equipped with 20 StarTrac treadmills, 20 elliptical cross trainers, recumbent bikes, upright bikes, stair climbers, Cybex arc trainers, and Cybex Total Body arc trainers.
Weight Training Area
Build the body of your dreams with the best free-weights and strength equipment in Atlanta. We offer multi-stations, leverage machines, and a variety of benches and racks. The gym area is staffed by fitness professionals and includes the following equipment:

Adrenaline Group Exercise (AGX) is our more
than 2,100 square-foot group fitness room offering
ample space for classes, including BODYJAM and BODYVIVE. It is fully equipped

Shangri-La
This specially designed room allows participants
of BODYFLOW and hot yoga to experience
the full benefits of yoga, tai-chi, and Pilates.
Cycle Studio
The cycle studio is equipped with Spinner NXT bikes and is the location of RPM classes.
Muay Thai & Kick Boxing
The Cage is where you can experience training in boxing, Muay Thai, and kick boxing.
Pilates Studio
Our Pilates studio offers a fusion of exercises including: IM=X Reformer Pilates, traditional Reformer Pilates, IM=X Floor Pilates, traditional and variety mat Pilates techniques.
