The Big Balls can really make exercise fun, and they can be a great tool to help you learn core stability, balance, control, and strength.

Ball Pilates is a challenging 1/2 hour class in which you should feel tightening results immediatly. It breaks from the traditional calm atmosphere of a Pilates class with contemporary music that focuses on the abdominal area. Working with the Big Ball makes ab exercise fun! With consistency, you will feel and see results.
