Image of RPM racers.Adrenaline Cycle is an exciting, exhilarating class format that focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, higher intensity sprints and recovery.

This class uses a stationary exercise bike with a weighted flywheel that allows for adjusting resistance for different types of exercises.

The rider controls the intensity of the resistance of the ride, guided by and engaging, highly motivated instructor, to help improve cardio endurance and strength for maximum fat and calorie burning.
