Adrenaline Fire Summary

FlamesEnjoy a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga in our specially heated room, along with expert instruction and soothing music. At 95-105 degrees Fahrenheit, heat increases the body's ability to move into the pose and reduces the chance of injury. Heat also helps eliminate stress and toxins from the body.

Breathing techniques help encourage oxygenation of the blood, detoxification and improved lung capacity and lend a  meditative aspect to Hot Power Yoga as you find yourself focusing on your breath and body and escape from the daily stresses. You'll detox, de-stress and feel great!

Adrenaline Fire should be approached with the same caution as performing any physical activity in the summer heat. Participants should stay hydrated and wear clothing that allows them to sweat and move freely. Avoid eating immediately prior to class. Participants should continue to drink water for at least 2 hours after class.

Young people under 18 may not participate in Adrenaline Fire.

Why hot yoga?

Flexibility. The heat means we can get into postures more deeply and effectively.

Cardiovascular. Your body burns fat more effectively.   The warm air challenges your lung capacity by breathing deeply and fully.  Increases your metabolism and circulation.  Burns the same amount of calories as jogging for one hour!

Injury Prevention. The heat promotes a greater range of movement in joints, muscles, ligaments; Increased oxygenation of the tissues, muscles, and organs; Increased elasticity of muscles and connective tissue; Improved healing and regenerative powers of your body.

Relaxation and Increased Focus. Builds mental strength and teaches you to hold your mind in a focused and meditative state.

Detoxification. Sweating promotes detoxification and elimination through the skin - which is the body's largest eliminating organ.
