Adrenaline Fitness is proud to offer Les Mills group fitness classes, as well as our own unique offerings like Adrenaline Core Pilates, Adrenaline Boxing, and Adrenaline Fire (hot yoga). Excellent classes are a passion for our instructors and a key service of this facility.

Meet Stephanie

Born and raised as a "Jersey Girl", Stephanie, her husband, and her three beautiful children moved to Atlanta during the summer of 2007. Prior to starting her family, Stephanie worked in physical therapy, as an assistant, and eventually managed several offices over an 18 year period. Her passion for exercise grew after ending her career as a nationally competitive Arabian horseback rider. Through her competitive nature, Stephanie earned several top ten honors and national championship titles. After years of being a Les Mills participant, Stephanie was recruited by a BODYSTEP national trainer to go through training. This experience ignited Stephanie's passion to teach group fitness. Experience her passion in the Thursday morning class as she welcomes you to new challenges. Come on out and "Step it Up!" with Stephanie.

Team Adrenaline

Our instructor team represents some of the best in the industry, including national Les Mills trainers. All Adrenaline Fitness instructors are cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certified and have received extensive training to ensure your safety and maximum results. Passionate and dedicated, each is committed to the Adrenaline mission of providing the foremost fitness experiences in Atlanta.
