Adrenaline’s exciting new way to get in top shape and have fun at the same time!

Adrenaline KB is designed around boxing and kick boxing training principals.  Through the use of these training principals you will achieve maximum results, maximize fat loss, and experience a new level of fitness training.

Adrenaline KB is a way to ignite your current fitness level.  If you are stuck with your current routine or have seen a halt in your training results… this is the perfect way to relight your fitness fire.

Adrenaline KB has your abilities as its main focus.  With this in mind we build your inner confidence, agility, speed, and endurance levels.  And yes you will see fat loss… lots of it! 

Adrenaline KB involves:

  • Expert boxing and kick boxing instruction.
  • Great motivation and encouragement to further your fitness level.
  • A fun and exhilarating experience, your chance to try something new!

On Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 pm - classes will focus on pads and technique.
