What is Adrenaline SparK?

Adrenaline SparK is a 30-minute high intensity interval-training workout. Exercises are designed to reconstruct your body, improve muscular strength and blast body fat. Adrenaline Spark encompasses bodyweight exercises as well as various equipment and free weights. Sessions include a combination of competitive fitness games, traditional class formats, personal training, team drills, and full circuits.


Is Adrenaline SparK for me?

YES! Adrenaline Spark is designed for everyone, regardless of fitness levels and experience; however, drills will be delivered at high intensity. Individuals must be committed to getting fit and come ready to work hard! This class offers a superior challenge. Be prepared for success.
