Adrenaline Fitness hours of operation are:

• Monday through Thursday 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
• Friday 5:00 am - 9:00 pm
• Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

         Child Care:

• Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm and 4:15 pm - 8:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

We will be closed on New Year's Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter Sunday. Holiday hours will be posted on the calendar
