Adrenaline Fitness has over 50,000 square-feet with 4 group fitness rooms, 2 cardio decks, and huge weight training areas. We also provide spacious locker facilities, child care, and an open and inviting lobby.

We offer the only full line of StarTrac™ fitness
equipment on the east coast. Experience a cardio
workout like none other with StarTrac’s™ full line
of treadmills, cross-trainers, and recombinant bikes,
all equipped with 15” cable television monitors.
Build the body of your dreams with the best free-weights and strength equipment in Atlanta. We offer multi-stations, leverage machines, and a variety of benches and racks.

Lobby
Our spacious lobby serves as your entry point to the gym. The front desk is staffed by sales and fitness experts here to answer your questions and assist you during your visit.

Cardio Decks
Our two cardio decks are equipped with 20 StarTrac™
treadmills, 20 elliptical cross trainers, recumbent
bikes, upright bikes, stair climbers, Cybex™
arc trainers, and Cybex™ Total Body arc trainers.

AGX
Adrenaline Group Exercise (AGX) is our more
than 2,100 square-foot group fitness room offering
ample space for our various classes, including
BODYPUMP™ and BODYSTEP™. It is fully equipped
with a state-of-the-art sound system, lighting,
and fitness equipment.

Shangri-La
This specially designed room allows participants
of BODYFLOW™ and Adrenaline Fire to experience
the full benefits of yoga, tai-chi, and Pilates.
Fire infuses yoga with the benefits of heat.
Hot yoga increases flexibility, decreases injury,
and releases toxins.

Cycle Studio
The cycle studio is equipped with Spinner NXT bikes and is the location of RPM classes.

The Cage
This steel monster is where BODYCOMBAT™ and
other high-intensity group fitness classes are
held.

Weight Training Area
The gym area is staffed by fitness professionals and includes the following equipment:

HOURS
Adrenaline Fitness hours of operation are:
- Monday through Thursday 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
- Friday 5:00 am - 9:00 pm
- Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
Child Care:
- Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm and 4:15 pm - 8:30 pm
- Saturday and Sunday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
We will be closed on New Year's Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter Sunday. Other holiday hours will be posted on the calendar.
