Adrenaline Force


Adrenaline Force is a four-week boot camp program consisting of fitness instruction, nutrition education and goal motivation. Exercises include: calisthenics, short distance running/walking, body weight resistance training, jump roping, crunches, obstacle courses, HLIT training, agility and power drills, medicine ball work, partner drills, Pilates, sport yoga, and much more.

How are we different?

Adrenaline Force is a program designed to help ANY individual better their fitness level no matter what the starting point. We offer a friendly environment which enables you to built friendships that will help to motivate you and other members in the program.

What if I am not physically fit?

NO ONE will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Participants are only expected to perform to their individual fitness level; this puts every one at an even point. We are here to support you and to ensure that everyone feels they are a part of the team and help increase their fitness level.

What types of exercises are included in the program?

Exercises include: calisthenics, short distance running/walking, body weight resistance training, weight training, jump roping, crunches, obstacle courses, HLIT training, agility and power drills, sports drills, medicine ball work, stair climbing, partner drills, Pilates, sport yoga, surprises and much more. Where else can you have this much fun while exercising?

Where is it?

Adrenaline Force is located at Adrenaline Fitness. The program is performed inside and in the court yard of the facility.

How often will we meet?

The next sessions will be announced soon.

Do I have to follow a set schedule?

The dates for each camp are listed above. You will receive a punch card with the number of camps you purchase. You can then attend any camp, any day of the week.

We are now accepting registration. Once we receive your registration information we will contact you to schedule your pre-camp consultation. This consultation will be administered by an Adrenaline Force Boot Camp coach.

Why should I participate?

Adrenaline Force is a great way to better your physical well being and sharpen your mind. We provide you with a comfortable environment that enables participants to enjoy them selves and meet other individuals that care about their fitness goals.

What is the cost (investment in myself)?

  • 1 Session = $24
  • 8 Sessions = $160 ($20 per session)
  • 16 Session = $288 ($18 per session)
