Adrenaline Fusion Training (AFT) is a strength and conditioning program taught by the best trainers in the business. The program consists of functional training movements performed at variable rates of resistance. What this means for you is that no matter what your current fitness level or goals, AFT can assist you in making the changes you're looking for. The goal of Adrenaline Fusion is to prepare your body for any stress or workload it may experience. AFT will help your ability to do something as simple as carrying groceries to your car or as rigorous as the demands of professionals such as firefighters or law enforcement. AFT trains you to be ready for life and whatever it throws at you!

Adrenaline Fusion Training is based on variable progression loads. This allows us to constantly vary workouts, exercises, length of workouts, and range of movements to keep your body guessing and continuously changing. In an AFT class you will see men and women of all ages, performing the same workouts just at scaled load and pace. The idea is for everyone to train at their current ability.

The AFT program is for anyone committed to personal growth and change. AFT participants feed off one another’s energy and assist each other in achieving their goals.
