  • Groups of up to 12 participants
  • 45 minute format
  • Workouts change weekly and are set in lower-, upper-, and total-body formats.
  • All group training exercises are based on time intervals.  This will allow all levels of participants to exercise together and gauge the intensity of their workout on weight selection and repetitions during the prescribed time intervals.
  • Mondays and Tuesdays are lower-body days, Wednesdays and Thursdays are upper-body days, and Friday and Saturdays are total-body days. Core and cardio work also play key roles in all training days.
  • We recommend 3 group training sessions per week, to cover all body sections.  Participating 3 times weekly, with a day or two between sessions, will give your body time to rest and recuperate between sessions.

All Fusion memberships include monthly access to our nutrition counselors.  This will assist you in monitoring your caloric intake and getting advise as to how to better your diet and reach your goals faster.
