What to Expect:

  1. A thorough warm-up routine before the beginning of each class or open gym session;
  2. Clear crisp instruction and ongoing supervision to ensure the safety of our members. This in turn will also ensure better results from the program. Anyone from an elite athlete to an individual who is deconditioned. We use movement patterns that essential to independent living. Thus the intensity can be scaled down or up to any level of fitness;
  3. All new members are required to go through an introductory course before joining the regular courses or open gym workouts. This is necessary to reduce the risk of injury, frustration, misunderstood concepts or a combination of all. It also allows us to identify any injury or dysfunctional movement patterns that need to be addressed. If you feel there is reason you are able to forgo this introductory class feel free to meet with one of our instructors to get cleared.
  4. Each session-not including warm-up and practicing technique-typically lasts from 10-30 minutes. Total sessions time is around 45-minutes to an hour.
  5. High intensity and constantly varied workouts offered six day a week;
  6. Instructed by Adrenaline trainers Jacob Mclendon, Jason Colleran and Wesley Houser who are experts in multiple disciplines. There is no perfect program. We see benefits and shortcomings in all of them. Nonetheless, we chose the CHEK®, Poliquin® and related methods as the foundation for Fusion. They represent the most up to date forward thinking leaders in our industry. This along with our collective experience has proven very effective for our clients.
