After a move to Oregon from his home state of Indiana, Andrew fell in love with cycling while living in Portland and spends quite a bit of time on his bike these days. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature and a Master’s Degree in Writing and Book Publishing from Portland State University. He is currently working on a PhD in Kinesiology at Georgia State. She has also been a cheerleader in school as well as an NFL cheerleader and has performed in Las Vegas shows at the Riviera and Flamingo Hilton Hotels. Carol has always regarded Pilates, weight training, cardio exercise and proper nutrition as preventative health care, thereby improving the quality of one's life. She tells her clients not to focus on things that cannot be changed, but rather on what can be changed like metabolic rate, size, weight and shape. He has always enjoyed being involved in team sports. In addition to playing baseball, basketball, and running track, Ryan also played football in high school and received a scholarship to play in college for the Manchester Spartans. Though he has always been involved in sports and fitness, his true passion for personal training came from helping a friend in college lose weight and become healthier.
